It is a simple toolbar that gives you access to popular Facebook games for you to play them online. You can have access to lots of games, like Bejeweled, Plants vs. Zombies, Zuma, Insanuquarium, Cake Mania, to name but a few. You can also post your game results on your Facebook Wall with just one click. The toolbar also offers buttons to instantly share content on your Wall and mark things with the 'Like' button.
The search field offers common search options, as well as searching on YouTube, among the most viewed videos on YouTube, and on Facebook. Other useful features include instant access to Google Talk, MSN, Yahoo! Messenger, Skype, Trillian, and Facebook chats. The toolbar can be customized from the options menu, where you can choose to leave on the toolbar only the games that you play the most and also add other useful personal components, like email notifier, pop-up blocker, etc. I couldn't find an upgrade button, so I think developers are not planning to add more games any time soon.
In short, games-for-free Toolbar is a great toolbar if you are a fan of Facebook games, since you can have them at hand to play online whenever you want, without even logging in to your Facebook account. As for the rest, it is standard content that you can find in any Conduit toolbar.
